Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by the 76450 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 76450 as the platform operator. Acceptance may be express (by clicking "I Agree") or implied through continued use of the platform. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering for or using 76450's services.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user may only hold one active account on the 76450 platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 76450 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to meet internal compliance requirements. Registering with false information or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Login Credential Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 76450 support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
76450 platform users agree to use this service for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the systems, servers, or networks associated with the 76450 platform.
- Distributing harmful, defamatory, threatening, or privacy-violating content through this platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity through the use of this platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another individual to use your account to place bets or conduct transactions.
Violating any of the rules above may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice. 76450 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against users who breach these terms.
Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 76450 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallet options available in Malaysia.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and that the bank account or digital wallet used belongs to them. 76450 does not accept deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts.
Withdrawals require successful identity verification before the first payout is approved. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may be subject to additional security checks. 76450 reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction suspected of involving fraud or unlawful activity. Any fees charged by the user's bank or a third-party payment provider are the sole responsibility of the user.
In the event of a dispute relating to a transaction, users must contact the 76450 customer support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes reported after this period may not be able to be processed.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
The 76450 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 76450 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the 76450 platform are the exclusive property of 76450 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 76450.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
76450 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, use of multiple accounts, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
In the event of an account suspension, any legitimate funds in the account will be returned to the user once the internal investigation is complete, subject to applicable legal compliance requirements. Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 76450 support team.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
76450 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the 76450 platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If a user does not agree with any changes, they must stop using the platform and close their account.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
